Ingredients:
3 Eggs
4.5 Sheets of Matzo
1 Pad of Butter
3 Teaspoons of water
Salt & Pepper to taste
(Optional)
– Apple Sauce
– Sour Cream
– Chives
Instructions:
1. Whisk 3 Eggs with 3 teaspoons of water and a pinch of salt and pepper
2. Wet the Matzo for a few seconds under running water, shake the matzo then break it into the egg bowl
3. Mix the Matzo and egg mixture with your hands until thoroughly combined
4. Heat a pan to medium high heat, and drop in your butter
5. Cook the Matzo mixture stirring occasionally until golden brown
6. Plate and serve with sour cream, apple sauce, and chives
7. Enjoy!
