Chef Tae Tran


Tae started in the culinary field as a nutritional aide at Mirabella Seattle awaiting for acceptance into radiology school. While schooling and working full time, Chef Tamas offered Tae a job in the Back of the House and ever since, Tae and Tamas has worked side by side.   Tae eventually turned away from the acceptance of Radiology and continues to work in the industry. Tae has had an amazing opportunity to work with the world reknowned  chocolatiers in Belgium and in Las Vegas –  including Jean-Marie Auboine, Ewald Notter, and Stephan LeRoux. This workshop is a dream come true.

Our chocolate trips to Belgium led to the love of waffles – both Liege and Brussels style – savory and sweet!  Visit our tasting room, pick up to enjoy at home or plan a waffle party!
