John Adams
John Adams is a watercolorist, teacher and graphic designer and works from his home studio along the shore of Hood Canal and a mountain cabin in the North Cascades.
Inspired by the environment of the Pacific Northwest, John’s paintings have been exhibited widely in the Seattle area since 1985. John currently teaches weekly watercolor classes in Port Townsend, Poulsbo and on Bainbridge Island, exhibits his work in several regional galleries and is a member of the artist cooperative Front Street Gallery in Poulsbo, WA.
John is a signature member of both the National and Northwest Watercolor Societies and hold a BA in Fine Art from Stetson University in Florida and an AAS in Graphic Design and Illustration from Seattle Central College.
