We perceive and exist in a four dimensional world- “I think that’s why I’m most at home expressing myself through sculpture”. We can walk around it- experience it from different perspectives and vantages much like our own journey through life. Sometimes we notice things that have been there the whole time. “I often hear people say about my work, “I’ve seen this several times and every time, I notice something new”. Although Milo doesn’t necessarily think they mean it as a compliment, he finds great satisfaction in it.”‘
Milo works in conjunction with Lin McJunkin and their sculpture “Iris Flare” was the peoples choice award winner in the first year of the “Something New”, the rotating sculpture exhibit a part of Bainbridge Island’s public art program in 2018.
