Fletcher Bay Waterfront Guesthouse

This picturesque cottage is hidden among towering trees located on my family’s property, perched carefully on Fletcher Bay. With all of the modern amenities desirable, the cottage is ideal for anyone looking for a weekend visit, or a longer getaway.
The space

This charming cottage is nestled behind towering evergreen trees just steps from Fletcher Bay. Located mid-island, the cottage has all imaginable modern amenities, a full kitchen, full bath, and washer-dryer. With beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and painted wood ceiling, the cottage manages to feel both cozy and fresh. A gas lit fireplace warms up the cottage on rainy days, and air conditioning cools it off in the blistering summer heat (80° at most). Featuring a quaint loft ideal for children (the winding staircase is fairly narrow), the cottage has the capacity to sleep four: one king bed downstairs and two twins upstairs.

Guest access

The central location of the cottage on Fletcher Bay makes it the perfect spot. We do have access to a dock, but it is currently under construction (fixing damaged boards). The cottage is within a mile of Bainbridge’s largest and most prized park, Battle Point. The property is within walking distance to parts of Bainbridge often unseen by most visitors. All of these features make the cottage an ideal getaway or extended stay location for those looking to experience the best that Bainbridge has to offer.

Feel free to utilize the deck behind the cottage that overlooks the water. THE ACCESS TO THE DOCK IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND IS NOT SAFE FOR USE. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Interaction with guests

I live in Seattle so contact will be made via cell phone. If you have any immediate concerns, my parents live in the main house on the property. Reach out to me and I will get ahold of them.
Other things to note

While the cottage does not overlook the bay, the water is just a few hundred yards away, on the backside of our property. While there are two separate bedroom areas, they are not separated by walls as the loft is open to the rest of the cottage. Also, there is little to no cell reception in the neighborhood so plan accordingly.
