Sawan Thai Kitchen

In 1992, San and Lani Tran opened a Thai restaurant called Sawatdy, with all of their children working there.  After San and Lani Tran retired, one of the sons, Minh Tran, opened Sawan Thai Kitchen to fulfill the family legacy. He wanted to create a space where he could share the tastes of his family recipes and traditions with the community. Sawan Thai Kitchen is the fruit of his labor, becoming a popular location with the locals.
