Bainbridge Island celebrates its inaugural festival to launch the Bainbridge Creative District
The sculptor is now asking the community for support.
The new Bainbridge Creative District will host its inaugural Bridge Festival from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sept. 10 at Waterfront Park.
The all-day festival will feature multiple stages with live music, performing arts, dance, and artist, quilt, and artisan craft booths.
Situated a 35-minute ferry ride from downtown Seattle, The Bainbridge Creative District is located within the downtown Winslow core.
The City of Bainbridge Island and Arts & Humanities Bainbridge (AHB) are teaming up to hire and support a Poet Laureate – the first position of its kind ever established on the island.
