Help us connect people and resources to support the great things happening at Bloedel Reserve. Apply your fundraising and friend-raising expertise to recruit and retain members, manage annual fund appeals, and maximize a portfolio of key individual prospects and supporters.

Fundraising in 2020 and beyond requires someone who is interested in stretching in new ways and with new people to sustain Bloedel Reserve’s world renowned dedication to horticulture, conservation, creativity, and well-being.  We’re looking for a colleague with exceptional fundraising skills, who sincerely loves learning about peoples’ philanthropic priorities and explicitly asking for their contributions.

We require a minimum of 5 years nonprofit fundraising experience including directly soliciting gifts and stewarding supporters. Direct experience with Bainbridge Island/Puget Sound arts, cultural or public garden nonprofits is preferred.  A college degree, impeccable communications skills (written/oral), budget management expertise, and familiarity with fundraising philosophies are required.  You should be well versed in office computer systems, including common CRM’s used in fundraising.  And equally important, you should have a demonstrated passion for what we do.

Join us in elevating our financial sustainability and our commitment to connect people with nature.   To apply, click here:
