Bill Anschell, Jazz Trio

Bill Anschell, Jazz Trio

One of Bainbridge's jazz favorites, Bill Anschell returns to the series with a dynamite trio.  Bill will be joined by DVonne Lewis on drums and Jeff Johnson on bass.  Now living in Seattle, Bill has performed and recorded the world over.  In addition to composing and performing, he is also well known as a jazz humorist. His satirical essay, Careers in Jazz, is the all-time most-read piece on the leading jazz website allaboutjazz.com.

The concert series is proudly presented by the Bainbridge Community Piano Association & First Sundays Concerts, a monthly musical performance series featuring world-class classical and jazz musicians. Bainbridge Community Piano Association is supported in part by Bainbridge Community Foundation, Columbia Bank & Amy McFarland, Compass Real Estate.

The concert takes place at Waterfront Park Community Center - 370 Brien Drive, Bainbridge Island at 4:00. For more information www.firstsundaysconcerts.org
