5 Sci-fi TV stars are whisked away by aliens to help fight in a real war against a deadly adversary.
20 years after their 70s TV classic “Galaxy Quest,” the 5 stars are making appearances at sci-fi conventions, but some fans turn out to be a group of aliens who mistake TV transmissions for historical documents. After whisking cast and crew into space, aliens seek help in their real war against a deadly adversary. The actors now have to perform the heroes the aliens believe them to be.
