The Dmitri Matheny Group, Jazz Quintet (First Sundays Concerts Series)

The Dmitri Matheny Group,  “An all-star jazz band featuring some of the most accomplished musicians in the western United States” (All About Jazz), presents an afternoon of timeless classics and original jazz from the Pacific Northwest. The quintet of saxophonist Adam Harris, Bill Anschell piano, Eric Gruber bass, Mark Ivester drums, and Dmitri Matheny on flugelhorn, will showcase favorite selections from their new record release ‘CASCADIA’.

The concert series is proudly presented by the Bainbridge Community Piano Association & First Sundays Concerts, a monthly musical performance series featuring world-class classical and jazz musicians. Bainbridge Community Piano Association is supported in part by True Sound Piano Service, Bainbridge Community Foundation, Columbia Bank & Amy McFarland, Compass Real Estate.

Concert Format:
Approximately 1 hour – 1 hour 15 minutes performance with no intermission.
