This film is the 1916 version of Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea which was adapted from the 1872 Jules Verne novel of the same name. This is the first film to feature underwater shots.

Christopher is the General Manager of Bainbridge Island’s Lynwood Theatre where he performs projectionist duties including gathering movie data/encrypted keys, building movie playlists, and creating triggers to automate showings. His interests are in algorithms and mathematical logic. He has experience in languages such as R, Python, Java, MATLAB, and LaTeX. Recently he co-authored a paper which utilized theoretical mathematics to improve solutions to real world data analysis problems.
