Learn fresh ways to express and hear your writing voice in this online workshop series.
In this six-session online workshop, you'll learn more about your writing strengths, discover new ones, develop your repertoire of craft elements, take risks, generate writing, and have fun learning and generating writing with others. Whether you've participated before, are generating work for a project or not, or maybe want to write your pandemic memoir, Julie is offering a six week series for the first eight people who sign up.
A safe environment is created to provide writers of all levels and genres an opportunity to generate new writing. The workshop is held on six consecutive Thursdays, June 18 through August 27, from 2:30 PM to 4:45 PM.
Two prompts will be provided with opportunities to read and receive responses to fresh written material. Responses can only begin with: what is strong, what I like and what stays with me. An additional prompt will be given to participants to write to in between sessions.
