Craig Jacobrown: Free Paper Mask Making Class

Now that you have made your own mask out of cloth (or even if you haven’t) you can learn how to make an animal mask out of paper! Here is your chance to channel your inner spirit animal and construct a mask that you can use to give you extra powers in accomplishing your work. Participants should watch ‘Making a Paper Owl Mask’ with Craig Jacobrown.

And attend any or all (preference for those who can attend all three classes- 30 people maximum) of the next three online sessions:

 

1.      Craig will share the story of ‘Echo’ a Northwest legend, demonstrate mask dances and share the intention for all who participate to make paper animal masks.

2.      All participants will have tools and materials ready create the eyes and eyebrows of an animal they are ready to construct out of tag board and hot glue together live online.

3.      Participants return for one last session after they committed to and completed the paper mask of their animal as they share it’s final form and movement to all participants
