Shannon Douglas Photographer and Publisher of Honest Magazine will be at Eagle Harbor on June 20th, Time TBD to discuss the latest issue, The Cast issue and celebrate this amazing local publication.

Many myths swirl around tales of fish. In "The Cast," the act of catching and enjoying these salty creatures is celebrated through snappy recipes, sunny salmon bakes and feasts galore. A sandy island beach bordering British Columbia sets the scene for a Coho Cookout with Drifter's Fish, a husband and wife team of Alaskan Fishermen. "Navigation by The Stars" guides you through ancient seafaring techniques while "The Art of The Fly" pays tribute to the quiet presence of fly fishing. Notes on "How to Shop Sustainably" and "How To Cook Fish," prepare you for the kitchen.

Douglas is known for shooting food, lifestyle and travel for publications, media groups and advertising firms for local, national and international clients. Douglas is based out of Seattle Washington. Douglas uses her skills in visual storytelling to emulate the ideas and tone reflected in each project.
