Quirky film set in a remote village where women try to keep men from starting a religious war.
BIMA’s smARTfilms Series: Quirky Musicals presents “Where Do We Go Now?” (2011)
Set in a remote Lebanese village where church and mosque stand side by side, "Where Do we Go Now?" tells the story of the townswomen uniting to try to keep their men from starting a religious war using fake miracles and even hiring a troop of Ukrainian strippers. A strong balancing act of farce, sentimentality, and musical numbers has audiences rooting for a lasting peace.
