ReMembering the Feminine Within with Rossella Vanti & Sue Steindorf —In-Studio

Presented by Dayaalu Yoga and Wellness Center at Dayaalu Yoga and Wellness Center

Together we will learn to trust and listen to our inner wisdom to inspire our world. All genders welcome!

History and culture have influenced our concept of the feminine and masculine, reducing them to genders, roles and behaviors. This de-evolution has created a forgetting and a separation from ourselves, each other and from our beloved earth. This program is not focusing exclusively on what “happened” to the feminine but will help us restore the integrity of our essence so we can remember to feel these energies flow through us and our world.

Our experience will be held by ritual and will explore movement, breath and voice. The movements are inspired by Nia, which brings a variety of energy and forms that weave together the masculine and feminine. The focus of our time together will be on cultivating our capacity to listen to our bodies and each other to remember the feminine within.

Rossella Vanti is a certified Nia teacher with over 10 years of experience. She loves to invite her students to explore, play and be more confident in expressing their whole essence as a fun and dynamic balance of their multiple energies.

Sue Steindorf blends 35 years of practice as a physical therapist, 15 years of teaching and healing with yoga, and her Shamanic training with the Inka Mystery teachings to weave a rich and integrative approach to healing. In both her teaching and therapeutic work, yoga nidra has played a central role in supporting healing and balance.
