Why You Should Attend: Whether you've reached the stage where your children are exposed to substance use or not, we're inviting you to join us for an important discussion on how to practice prevention and intervention. Evidence suggests that exposure to substance use starts well before kids reach high school.

What You Can Expect: Representatives from Bainbridge Island School District and Bainbridge Island Police Department will join local healthcare professionals to address what they are seeing and how it is being handled in our community. We will touch on the brain science and health risks of adolescent substance use and discuss what you can do at home to help your kids thrive. A role play demonstration will prepare you for discussions with your tween or teen.
