A TEDx event is a local gathering where live TED-like talks and performances are shared with the community. TEDx events are fully planned and coordinated independently, on a community-by-community basis. The content and design of each TEDx event is unique and developed independently, but all of them have features in common.

TEDxYouth@BainbridgeIsland's theme is Youth in Action, and will showcase six youth leaders and speakers who will share their thoughts and efforts towards improving our community and the lives of those around them. It's critically important that our youth step up to shape our future. We are facing a time in history where they have decided they must speak up and prepare to lead on education, business, the arts, social justice, and more. Come and hear their ideas!
