CANCELED: BARNTalks: Vintage Trailer to Palace on Wheels (Free Event)

Presented by Bainbridge Artisan Resource Network (BARN) at Bainbridge Artisan Resource Network (BARN)

Join BARN each month for an evening of inspiring ideas!  BARN Talks are bringing the community together for presentations and discussion on topics that highlight the challenges, decisions, failures, and successes in life and craft.

The March event features the dynamic duo of Walter Dill and Monica Uhl who will share the steps along their journey to have a big impact in the world while living in a small footprint.

Their talk will focus primarily on the creative process of transforming of a neglected 1956 Airfloat travel trailer into a spectacular tiny home.  Their rig ‘Talulah’ is packed with incredible custom woodworking elements and thoughtful design details.

Monica and Walter will tell tales of the various design challenges they encountered along the way and the lessons they learned through their mistakes and successes throughout the project.  They will show photos of key interior and exterior features and demonstrate how their design choices reflect their character.

Even if you’ve never dreamed of living in a tiny space, we think you’ll be inspired by the stories and life experience of this engaging couple.

Please register and bring a guest! During registration please indicate in the box provided if you will be bringing a guest.
The event is free but we will be welcoming a suggested donation of $5 per person at the door.
Light refreshments will be provided.
