On March 7, bring the whole family to begin your weekend with mindfulness and playful yoga fun! Join Sue Steindorf, pediatric physical therapist and certified yoga instructor, and Jackie Finckler, school counselor and certified yoga instructor – both from from Dayaalu Center – to try out some movement activities designed for specifically for children to set the stage for lifelong well-being. All ages and skill levels welcome! Please be sure to wear comfortable play clothes.
