The space
Enjoy the large rooms and spaces on the main floor of this waterview home. Two conversation spaces inside, along with two outside on the east and south facing decks. Enjoy summer evenings, barbeques and conversation with family and friends!

The family room includes a wood burning stove…wonderful on cool and cold nights on Bainbridge Island. Presto logs and firestarters are stocked for ease of use. This room also includes a 72″ curved Samsung television, great for sports watching and other favorite shows like NatGeo. A kitchen table, seating 6 is nearby.

The large kitchen accommodates several cooks and includes lots of utensils, small appliances including a Kitchenaid Mixer, Blendtec blender, crockpot and lots of pots, pans and roasting dishes for casseroles and other dishes. A wonderful view of the water as you clean up the space.

The Living/Dining room combo includes 3 large east facing windows, allowing lots of light and waterviews from the room. The pub style table sits 8 comfortably. This space includes a piano, recently tuned and ready for play.

Bedroom 1: The “Master Suite” was recently renovated and includes a new king size bed, adjoining master bath, large shower, double sinks and walk in closet. Double sliding doors lead out to the deck and hot tub space. A quiet 3 speed fan above the bed can be used to move air and keep cool during the warm summer months.

Bedroom 2: The “Garden Room” includes a queen size bed and lots of closet and drawer space. The walk in closet includes a “Pack n Play” for young visitors if needed. The hallway bathroom is just steps away.

Bedroom 3, Room With A View, adjoins the Living Room through a set of French doors and off the foyer of the home. A queen bed, walk in closet, sitting area, and bookcase/library is included in this room. The half bath adjoins. Wake up to lots of light and ever changing sunrises through the double doors!
