Created in 1990 and renovated in 2011, Craig Jacobrown’s “Rainbringer” on High School Road and Madison Avenue is a Suquamish-style painted wood carving dedicated to Chief Henry Seaweed of the Nakwux-tuk tribe in the Kwakwaka-wakw band whose family crest is the Thunderbird.
