A collaborative mural by Nick Mann and Kendall Turner Mann at Owen’s Playground, this work is a celebration of the life and legacy of Hannah, daughter of Allyson Brown and Greg McNutt. It is the artists’ hope that the mural evokes the vibrancy of Hannah’s short life and creates a joyful, healing space for all those who visit the garden. The circular shape reflects the infinite cycle and the profound experiences of birth, death, love and life. The artists see this work as a prayer, similar to a mandala, and a tribute to all children and families. It reflects wholeness and embraces Hannah’s memory with the aliveness, joy and gratitude of her life.
