The 22nd Annual Manhattan Short Film Festival is a cinematic celebration that occurs simultaneously across the globe during the week of September 26-October 6, 2019. Selected from 6 continents, audiences will be asked to select their favorite film and best actor from the final films. See http://www.manhattanshort.com/ after August 20 to view finalists.
