Accepting play submissions for Island Theatre's Ten-Minute Play Festival

Calling all Kitsap County playwrights! Island Theatre is accepting submissions of original 10-minute plays by established and aspiring playwrights with a connection to Kitsap County for its 9th annual Ten-Minute Play Festival. Deadline for play submissions is February 14, 2020.

Winning plays will be selected by a panel of theatre professionals and will be announced in April. Each of the eight to ten plays selected will be fully staged using local actors and directors. Each play will be performed four times over the weekend of August 13-15, 2020 at the Bainbridge Performing Arts theater on Bainbridge Island. All performances will be free or pay-as-you-choose.

This contest is open to all playwrights, high school age and above, who are past or present residents of Kitsap County or have a strong Kitsap County connection.
