Art Collectors Marketplace - Fine Art & Craft Sale
BIMA presents a special three-day sale of high-quality fine art, craft and jewelry donated by regional collectors. Open to the public, the event will support the Museum’s exceptional youth programs that happen throughout the year, including field trips, workshops, summer camps, teen events, and more.
Through the generosity of collectors and museum supporters in the region, the Art Collectors Marketplace – Fine Art & Craft Sale will feature more than 500 works from the Northwest and beyond. Shoppers will find artwork in all forms, price ranges, styles and media by artists representing the range of emerging to master level.
The sale will fill the entire downstairs galleries of BIMA, with many pieces priced under $100. Media include painting, sculpture, glass, ceramics, prints, photographs, artist’s books, jewelry, textiles, and mixed media. BIMA is located in the Island Gateway complex which has accessible parking spaces on Ravine Lane. There is a flat surface entering the courtyard, which leads into the museum. Parking is also available in the underground garage. Take the elevator to First Floor Rear (1R) during museum hours for access through the Community Gallery to the Auditorium, Bistro and Museum.
All of the Museum is accessible by ramps and elevators. If someone in your party needs a wheelchair to enjoy the museum, please ask to borrow a loaner one at the reception desk.View less
