Bassist Jon Green and string sextet (First Sundays Concerts Series)

Bassist Jon Green presents an eclectic program featuring Tchaikovsky’s “Souvenir de Florence” for string sextet, as well as three newly commissioned pieces for bass guitar and string quartet by composers Jherek Bischoff, Seth Krimsky, and Joe Brent.

The concert series is proudly presented by the Bainbridge Community Piano Association & First Sundays Concerts, a monthly musical performance series featuring world-class classical and jazz musicians. Bainbridge Community Piano Association is supported in part by True Sound Piano Service, Bainbridge Community Foundation, Columbia Bank & Amy McFarland, Compass Real Estate.

Concert Format:
Approximately 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes performance with no intermission.
