BYS: "HOPE GLOWS"

Bainbridge Youth Service Director, Dr. Cezanne Allen, announced a new way for us to build community connection during this time of isolation — “Hope Glows.”

On February 5th, Winslow Way will come aglow with Luminaria bags created by members of the community.

You have a chance to help create the event. Pick up instructions and a white paper bag outside the BYS offices across from the Aquatic Center. Decorate your bag and return it to the bin outside BYS by February 1st.

High School students will add LED lights to create Luminaria and place them along Winslow Way. If you have questions, you can call BYS at 206 842-9675.

Drive or walk by the businesses of downtown Winslow on Friday, February 5th, from 5:30-7:30 pm….. and enjoy the beauty of seeing the street aglow with hope-themed Luminaria.
