More than a makerspace, BARN is a hub of creativity, craft, and community on Bainbridge Island. Explore the 25,000-square-foot BARN facility and find out how you can get involved.

BARN has 10 volunteer-run studios offering professional equipment, classes, open studios, and peer learning in Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Culinary, Metal, Print & Book, Tech, Woodworking & Small Boatbuilding, and writing arts. Artisans of every background and experience can find the tools and instruction to bring their visions to life. Beginners work alongside experienced artisans. Classes and events are open to members and guests; tuition assistance is available. BARN is committed to helping build a world where people recognize and value their creativity and capacity to contribute to their communities.
