Free Screening of a Memorial Day documentary To What Remains @ Bainbridge Cinema, Wednesday, May 22, at 7:00 PM
Hosted by a Bainbridge High School junior and Bainbridge Cinema, To What Remains is a powerful documentary about Project Recover and its humanitarian work to search the world for the remains of America’s 81,000 (+) missing-in-action (MIA) service members.
Learn more about this humanitarian work and how Project Recover brings together scientists, historians, archeologists, divers, and volunteers to scour jungles and ocean floors and hopefully help some of the millions of family members who have waited and still wait for news as they continue to carry the grief of losing their loved one.
This film is for you if you are interested in history, archeology, underwater technology, adventure, diving, or simply community building and connection.
It's a perfect way to welcome the Memorial Day weekend, to support a local student, and to feel inspired by people working hard to do some good.
