Ranger and the “Re-Arrangers” will play Hot Club Swing with special guest Toby Hanson on accordion.
Accordion is a great fit with Hot Club Swing, and Toby is a master of the instrument! Equally comfortable in a variety of styles, he can play everything from lightning-fast swing tunes, to sultry rumbas, to French musettes.
Ranger and the “Re-Arrangers” evoke the spirit of a Paris cafe and the raucous energy of a Romani campsite with their version of Hot Club Swing. The band’s repertoire includes swing standards, traditional European melodies, and the music of Django Reinhardt.
Admission is free and we’ll collect donations.
