An afternoon of poetry from slam artists and students to raise funds for Maternal Healthcare!
Bainbridge Youth passionate about healthcare accessibility bring you an afternoon of poetry, art, and drinks at BIMA featuring Roberto Ascalon, award-winning Seattle spoken word artist, Bainbridge Poet Laureate Michele Bombardier, a lineup of talented student poets and more. 100% of proceeds will go towards the Maternal Center of Excellence, a maternal hospital in Sierra Leone, the country with one of the highest maternal mortality rates in the world.
We believe health is empowering. Join us on March 23rd to make a difference and enjoy some brilliant poetry at the Bainbridge Museum of Art!
