Join us at BIMA for an evening of captivating poetry live readings with Poetry Corners.
Hear the words of local poets come to life as they share their work in an intimate setting at the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art. Since 1999, the annual Poetry Corners competition has showcased original poems by local poets. Selections from the poetry competition are exhibited in the windows of businesses and community spaces around Bainbridge Island to be enjoyed by patrons and passers-by throughout National Poetry Month.

Parking is also available in the underground garage. Take the elevator to First Floor Rear (1R) during museum hours for access through the Community Gallery to the Auditorium, Bistro and Museum.
All of the Museum is accessible by ramps and elevators. If someone in your party needs a wheelchair to enjoy the museum, please ask to borrow a loaner one at the reception desk.
