Set in 1901, stagecoach highwayman Bill Miner, known as “The Gentleman Bandit”, is released from prison after 33 years, where he emerges as a much older man. But the world has changed while he’s been away, and he cannot adjust. He leaves Washington State, goes to Canada, and returns to the only livelihood familiar to him – only this time he’ll rob steam trains. Based on a true story.
