Creativity in Motion: A Fundraising Auction to Benefit BARN

BARN artisans are always creating, always making, always in motion. For five days beginning March 15, join us for Creativity in Motion, BARN’s first-ever online fundraiser. Discover a marvelous collection of auction items, many of them handcrafted by BARN members. Bid on everything from a custom-built chicken coop to a private BARN class for you and a few friends to a beachfront weekend getaway. All items (except gift certificates, which will be mailed, and, of course, the chicken coop) will be available for easy curbside pickup at BARN on March 21 and 22 from 10am to 2pm. Just drive up to the front door during those hours and someone will come out to greet you.

FIND A TREASURE
From a chicken coop custom-built on your property to a wool rug hand-loomed by Caroline Cooley Browne, you’ll find a unique collection of items to bid on starting March 15. There are wooden boxes to hold keepsakes, pie or bread, stunning pieces of jewelry, even a handcrafted electric guitar. You’ll discover the kind of creativity and artistry that the BARN community is known for.

GET AWAY OR DINE OUT
Enjoy two nights in a beautiful waterfront cabin near Port Hadlock, or a takeout dinner from Mossback, Kitsap’s premier locavore dining experience. Or bid on a trip to Napa Valley! After all, we all deserve an escape about now . . .

EXPERIENCE BARN
This is your chance to personally experience the creative experience that is BARN.  Bid on a package that will enable you to invite family or friends to learn how to make a silk scarf, enjoy a chocolate tasting, or make a bowl out of sparkling glass beads.
