Join plant-based chef Nancy Travis for an evening filled with creative and festive ideas for your holiday table.
Nancy will demonstrate a beautiful mushroom wellington and gravy that will impress your guests. Then as a class we will create a wonderful wild rice stuffing for each student to stuff their own squash to take home.
Nancy will also have a vegan pumpkin cheesecake to sample and will discuss ideas to alter some traditional favorites to make your holiday meal work for different dietary preferences. Suitable for beginnings, ages 14+.
