Youth Painting Workshop

Island artist Diane Crago will cover the basics of both oil and acrylic painting, including color mixing and composition, and a historical overview of painting styles found in Western Art.

Diane will introduce the tools and materials which will be used for a variety of applications, including glazing, impasto, all prima, and trompe l'oeil techniques.

Total beginners are welcome as well as those already working in this media. Students are encouraged to email Diane at dianecrago@gmail.com with any questions about workshop content.

Class open to youth ages 12-18.
