Tamas is an 11 year resident on Bainbridge Island and this “Atelier” is a dream come true. Having worked as a chef around the world and competed on the international culinary stage, the passion has always been chocolate and pastry. Tamas previously taught at Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France, has worked for the Country Club in Vancouver , BC, FareStart and Safeco Field Center Plate in Seattle. Currently the Executive Chef for Bainbridge Senior Living here on Bainbridge Island, Tamas still has the drive to create specialty’s for L’Atelier TR. Tamas has also trained with some of the world’s best chocolatiers and pastry chefs in France, Belgium, Montreal and Chicago.
