Isabelle Hoonan is a writer whose practice bridges themes of critical theory, empathy, technology, gender, and intercultural education. She grew up in the Pacific Northwest, graduating from Western Washington University in 2015 with a BA in Creative Writing and a minor in Design Studies. After waitressing, traveling, and working a B2B sales job for a year, she came to Paris to attend Paris College of Art’s Masters Program in Transdisciplinary New Media. Her writing contextualizes the ethics of Other and perceptual consciousness and construction.
