Margaret Nevinski

Margaret Nevinski is a Midwesterner at heart and a Pacific Northwestern islander by choice. She’s the author of children’s books for the school market, as well as short stories. Her favorite genre to write is middle-grade fiction. One of Margaret’s biggest pleasures is teaching creative writing workshops for kids on Bainbridge Island. Her goal is to create a safe, inclusive space for young authors to find their voices and create original stories and poems, one word at a time. When she’s not writing or teaching, she’s probably walking, reading, haunting libraries and bookstores, or searching for the perfect cup of coffee.
